Job Description QS:
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- Prepare BQ, tender document, cot comparison for tender project including source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractor, etc.
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contractor, VO. interim valuations and final account and etc.
- track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design, updating budgets and write reports.
- Prepare and monitoring the progress claim for project

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
