Job Description:

- Handle full spectrum of payroll by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.
- Prepare SOCSO, EIS, PCB and KWSP records.
- Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews
- Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, and obtaining signatures for documents.
- Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and others
- Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract
- Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, tools and equipment loans and calibrations, documentation control & etc
- Issuance of purchase orders, issue invoices, Delivery order, draft contract and adhoc duties.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirement:

- Need to Posses Own Transport & Valid Driving Licences
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferably with knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00
