**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement effective long
- and short-term paid search strategies, ensuring a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- **Budget Mastery**: Manage PPC budgets like a pro, enhancing platform accounts, and cultivating key client relationships.
- **Campaign Excellence**: Execute and optimize multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously across various platforms, including Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Social Media ads, and Bing.
- **Precision Targeting**: Conduct keyword and audience research to target specific groups, ensuring campaigns reach the right audience.
- **Data-Driven Optimization**: Track daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and efficient spend.
- **Reporting Mastery**: Provide regular KPI reports to management through visually engaging dashboards.
- **Compelling Copy**: Craft engaging, clear, and concise copy for campaigns, ensuring a compelling and effective message.
- **Cross-Channel Alignment**: Ensure seamless alignment of campaigns across multiple channels, avoiding wasted spend or crossover.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Reduce the risk of click fraud and irrelevant spend, safeguarding campaign effectiveness.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist focused on SEM.
- **Platform Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with multiple platforms such as AdWords, Facebook Ads, TTD, and Google Ads.
- **Analytical Prowess**: Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to translate large amounts of data into comprehensible and visual reports.
- **Dashboard Mastery**: Expertise in using and manipulating paid search dashboards to optimize spend.
- **Tech Savvy**: Confidence in using Google Analytics or similar tools to gather insights and drive informed decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
