**Position**: _**Deputy Manager - Marketing**_

**Salary**_**: RM 7,000**_

**Location**: _**Pertama Complex, Kuala Lumpur**_
- Job purpose**:Lead, mentor and develop a effective marketing plans / activities to achieve company objectives**. Responsible for executing marketing initiative to drive revenue growth. Responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience to buyer. Maintain good relationship with vendors and business partners. Working with related departments to smoothen operational execution successfully.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
1) Oversee **70% **_**of all offline marketing**_activities and **30% **_**of all online marketing**_ activities.

2) Plan, execute, monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to management.

3) Oversee company branding activities, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

4) Main liaison with creative agency and media agency in execution of the campaigns.

5) Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate market potential, trends, brand awareness and competitive landscape development.

6) Provide periodic competitors’ analysis to management.

7) Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives that build brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.

8) Lead the sales force to achieve revenue goals and all sales KPIs given. This may include building sales pipelines and closing deals with customers.

9) Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. This may include managing customer loyalty programs, monitoring customer feedback, and responding to customer inquiries.

10) To establish and maintain good network of contacts with government agencies, and charity/volunteer organizations, corporate organizations, etc for joint promotional and sponsorship opportunities and improve brand perception.

11) Budgeting and forecasting operational expenditure & capital expenditure.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must have _**min 5 years of experience**_ in Retail, Sales / Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any related field **AND** _**min 3 years managerial role in sales/marketing**_
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
- Experience with online marketing, including social media and content marketing
- Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing CRM platforms such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and related platforms would be an added advantage
- **Excellent** communication skills, both **spoken and written in English and Chinese**:

- Minimum working knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
