**Job Description: Operations Assistant**

**Position Overview**:
As an Operations Assistant at EkoCheras Mall, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective operations of the mall. You will work closely with the Assistant Operation Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day activities, maintenance, met safety standards and parking services are well-managed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Facility Management**: Assist in overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the mall, ensuring it is in excellent condition for shoppers and tenants.

**Security and Safety**: Collaborate with the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment for all mall visitors and staff.

**Tenant Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and assisting with lease compliance.

**Maintenance Coordination**: Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facilities-related services.

**Car Park Operation**: Manage and oversee the operation of the mall's car park, including traffic flow, parking enforcement, and customer service for parking-related inquiries.

**Event Support**: Assist in planning and executing mall events, promotions, and special activities to enhance the visitor experience.

**Inventory Management**: Manage inventory for operational supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and readily available.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and policies related to mall operations and car park operations.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to mall visitors and car park users, handling inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: A bachelor's degree in facilities/ operations/ property management/ business administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective tenant and visitor interactions.

**Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of mall staff, tenants, and contractors.

**Problem Solving**: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address operational challenges as they arise.

**Flexibility**: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as mall operations may require.

**Customer Focus**: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to mall visitors.

**Physical Stamina**: The role may involve physical tasks, including walking, standing, and occasional lifting, to support various operational activities.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
