Admin Executive

**Job Descriptions**:
- Involves in processing invoices of all orders, both incoming and outgoing shipping preparation
- Filing return documents, matching goods received
- Coordinates with other warehouse keepers/ PIC from any interbranch stock arrangement
- To assist in general administrative work.
- Reporting on fulfilment issues to respective seniors/managers.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a SPM, STPM, College Diploma or equivalent
- Basic familiarity with MS Word, Excel and basic computer skills for processing, recording and data entry.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to communicate, written and verbal in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Career level: Junior
- Years of experience: fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
