Duties & Responsible
- Taking ordering and processing issues DO
- Issue monthly customer statements;
- Issue DO, invoice or any other document to the customer and list accordingly
- Transitioned Invoicing service to warehouse operation
- All data entry updates on time to the SAP system, order, delivery DO, and invoicing.
- Update customer files with issued invoices;
- Process credit memo;
- Work closely with Executives/supervisors of documents needed
- Back-up your teammate who is absence.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Guaduate encourage to join us. we provide SAP training
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Basic Skills**
- Critical thinking: This precedes problem-solving skills.
- Speaking skill: This helps in different ways like communicating with customers, procurement and sales department.
- Coordination: He/she should be able to carry out activities as planned
