**Job Scope**:

- Manage the financial accounts of our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and collection processes, ensuring timely payments from proprietors, residents and tenants.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with property managers and other team members to address financial inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to property management accounting practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting, preferably within the property management industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- CPA certification or relevant professional accreditation is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
