**PURCHASING EXECUTIVE - KOTA TINGGI, JOHOR**

**Job Scope (Brief)**
- Procure products which are essential for the company’s day-to-day operations.

**Job Scope (Detailed)**
- Source for quotations and evaluate the offers from suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of purchased products.
- Perform goods received note in accounting system for delivered products.
- Maintain updated records (eg. delivery orders and invoices) of purchased products.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

**Salary**
- RM2,000 to RM2,500 (based on work experience and qualification)

**Requirements**:

- Female.
- Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (preferred).
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Work experience in related field is preferred though on job training will be provided.

**Working Hours**
- 8am to 6pm
- 5.5 work days/week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
