**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define bank-wide strategy to support the bank’s evolution as a market leader in the adoption and use of fraud data analytics and automation solutions, and coordinate with relevant senior stakeholders to obtain buy-in and support.
- Provide strategic advice and oversight to other bank functions on the adoption and use of fraud data analytics and automation solutions
- Track operational metrics to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the Fraud Data Analytics team and its processes
- Ensure the Fraud Data Analytics team works closely with the business and other model users to capture specific requirements and use cases for fraud analytical models, track effectiveness, receive and action feedback, and oversee upgrades
- Oversee the development and maintenance of models to detect and investigate new/suspicious patterns and behaviors; support the production and deployment of these models by ensuring business requirements and inputs are provided to the team responsible for drafting BRDs
- Support efforts to standardize and industrialize fraud data analytical solutions
- Oversee the ongoing enhancement of model governance policies and processes at the bank by providing relevant inputs, including on model testing, model sign-offs, model bias assessments and approaches, and model compliance with applicable ethics standards
- Oversight and Own the Fraud Strategy, Data Analytics, Consolidated Management Fraud Reporting.
- Define bank-wide strategy in adoption of fraud data analysis.
- Drive data/analytics work based on MAS request as relevant
- Provide fraud risk and regulatory expertise
- Manage team (Define R&R, Evaluation, Promotion and etc)
- Provide steer and guidance to the team in relation to the project.
- Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets and monitor progress

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess 3-6 years of experience in MIS data analytic role
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business etc.
- Comfortable with handling automation software and tools
