Responsibilities:

- **E-commerce Management**:

- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies across multiple platforms to maximize sales and brand visibility.
- Create and manage product listings, ensuring they are optimized for search and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive growth and efficiency.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and platform updates, adjusting strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging content for product listings, including compelling product descriptions, images, and videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia assets for e-commerce advertisements.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all e-commerce channels.
- **E-commerce Advertisement**:

- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns across various e-commerce platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CTR (Click-Through Rate).
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting, and messaging for optimal results.
- **Live Streaming**:

- Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms to showcase products and engage with customers in real-time.
- Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales.
- Interact with viewers, answer their questions, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Foster strong relationships with customers through timely communication and excellent service.
- Solicit feedback and reviews from customers to improve products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging multimedia content for e-commerce advertisements.
- Experience in planning and executing targeted advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences during live streaming sessions.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for e-commerce and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
