**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, delivery and certify Global Nissan Service Advisor Program (G-NSAP) for nationwide Service Advisors including Dealers
- Prepare the annual and long term training plan for non-technical trainings and compile the overall training plan for management approval.
- Prepare training materials for use in the classroom and practical sessions
- Coordinate with the other instructors the planning and execution of the various training programs.
- Develop new training modules and programs for overall employee knowledge and process improvement as and when required.
- Main coordinator and system administrator for Leaning Management System (LMS)
- Instill the Service Advisors during training, a sense of professionalism, good work attitude, and customer oriented thinking
- Compile data and analyzes past and current year training data for budgets preparation and management review.
- Establish After-sales training program for Head of Workshop, Assistant Head of Workshop, Service Advisor and in-house training program including product training.
- Plan and conduct special training for fleet owners and other ad-hoc special programs of such nature, when required
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fresh graduates with high technology skill are encouraged to apply
- HRDF Certified Trainer by Ministry of Human Resource is value add.

**Salary**: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
