Looking for an Administrative Assistant for Putramedic Dental Clinic.

Jobscope:

- Preparing regular reports on sales, budgets and expenses
- Maintaining well and organised filing system for invoices and receipts
- Creating and updating clinic policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Monitoring staff schedules, performances and prepare payslip
- Create interesting contents for marketing purpose (canva, adobe, tiktok)
- Able to plan and execute events, courses and seminars
- Purchase clinical supplies
- Able to carry on other given task and responsibilities

Skills:

- Good mannerism and excellent soft skills
- Knowledge of office administration and business management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Patience and ability to work in stressful situations
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively

REQUIREMENT:

- Degree in any related field (Admin, Finance, Business Management)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
