Job Description / Job Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound calls from customer who log in for service and maintenance for their copier machines.
- Data entry for new customers base.
- Report logs to Technician and arrange them to attend to customer according to their assigned area.
- Strong communication and customer service skill when dealing with customers over the phone.

Job Requirements
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, with Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Familiar with MS office software
- Hardworking, proactive, responsible, good in interpersonal & communication skills.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (required)
