Responsibilities

1. Develop project plan, outlining the tasks, timeline and resources required for successful project completion.

2. Design and draft layout plan.

3. To monitor and supervise project at site.

4. Being flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope, objectives and timeline, and making necessary adjustments to accommodate these changes.

5. Analysing past projects to identify areas of improvement, implementing best practices, and striving for continuous improvement in project management process.

Requirement
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Architecture, Project Management or Interior Design
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Prefer Male because it will be site and office job.
- Able to liaise with contractor, designer, architect, local authority
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ideally to have design background in merchandising or interior design with knowledge of design software (AutoCad)
- Proactive, think out of the box, have good leadership skills
- Embrace a can-do attitude and believe in team spirit
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Willing to travel to site.
- Can speak mandarin will be advantange

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
