To involve in general administration duties, inclusive data entry, record filing, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies, book travel arrangement, etc.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Coordinate office procedures
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- To execute other ad hoc job assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years related working experience, preferably in the manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Able to verse in English and Malay language or other languages
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 is an advantage
- On the job training will be provided to successful applicants
- Applicants must be willing to work in Semenyih, Selangor

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
