- Prepare full set conceptual drawing in 2D and 3D presentation, layout plan and and furniture Elevation detail.
- Responsible for design, preparing project-related design concept proposals, 3D drawings, sketches, layouts, detail drawings
- Site visits, coordinate site activities and meetings (as and where required)
- Proficiency in using design software such as **AiHouse** is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and customized furniture related finishes selection for customized furniture.
- Ability to take on-site measurements and create accurate floor plans and elevation drawings.
- Assist in various ad-hoc duties as required

**_Job Requirement:_**
- Preferably 1 year of related working experience
- Proficient in **AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketch up, Photoshop**, and **Illustrator**:

- Able to work independently and in a team, proactive, self-driven / motivated and result oriented
- ** Able to start work immediately will be an added advantages**:
