n your new role you will:

- ssist in providing HR guidance and support to assigned business units. C
- ollaborate with HR team members to implement HR programs and initiatives. S
- upport employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and concerns. A
- ssist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and coaching. A
- ssist in HR policy development and implementation. P
- rovide support in employee engagement initiatives and activities. A
- ssist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and data for reporting purposes. S
- upport/Lead HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have:

- achelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. S
- trong communication and interpersonal skills. F
- luent in English and BM. A
- bility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. D
- etail-oriented with strong organizational skills. P
- roficiency in Microsoft Office suite. A
- bility to work collaboratively in a team environment. K
- nowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus. P
- roactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field. R
