**Job Duties/ Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for store operations, stock in and out flow movement of warehouse.
- Maintaining a proper storage and inventory system. Knowledge of QC procedure and FIFO method.
- Responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, retrieval and distribution of goods.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate purchasing activities for direct/indirect materials and services based on company’s needs.
- Verify and process requisitions, handle quotation, issue purchase order and maintain updated records.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Work closely with respective HODs on paper stock movement.
- Vendor sourcing activities. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
- Monitor proper administration and documentation pertaining to order creation and shipments arrangement, import and export licenses, customer declarations and custom tax exemptions and sales tax exemptions.
- Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, forwarders and transporters to ensure cargo readiness as per delivery schedule, timely delivery and clearances of goods.
- Responsible for shipping cost management, propose cost saving strategy and analysis, tracking of logistic spending.
- Application for MIDA duty exemption, prepare cost analysis and submission of MIDA Exemption statement to MIDA periodically (Lampiran K).
- Liaise with Custom Malaysia and MITI department for any new changes in regulations
- Prepare and maintain routine reports related to operation efficiency, logistic, inventory, budgeting, and computerized system data
