- Ensure the machine is operated safely and efficiently in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Operating Conditions.
- Manufacture of product to set quality standard.
- To guarantee the precision of equipment configurations, it is essential to monitor both product parameters and equipment parameters. Additionally, any deviation should be promptly reported to the Production Supervisor.
- Ensuring timely delivery of products as per specified dates and quantities.
- Perform and assist in any duties (e.g. light maintenance, project, etc.) as requested by the Superior
- Ensure working area in good condition, proper hand over and maintain a good housekeeping
- Maintain the implementation of the quality system
- Follow and complying with BRC requirement
- Maintain the safe operation environment and comply with the company EHS and PFS policies. Requirement to follow direction as requested and compliance on PPE
- Serve as the designated trainer responsible for providing training and assessing the trainee's performance throughout the Skill Application & Qualification Period, if necessary.
- Ensure the upkeep of personal hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Active participation in identifying areas Safety -BBSO Observation (Good Catch, Unsafe Behaviour, Unsafe Condition Near miss)
- Active participation in identifying areas for improvement and project. (Kaizen, 5 Why, BOP-Internally)
- Implement continuous improvement project. (WAVE saving, BP-global Sharing, KTS-Key to Success)
- Perform all the data recording and documentation properly and data requested by superior Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or certificate or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate both oral and written English and Malay
- Computer skill is an asset.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to develop a good working

relationship with people inside & outside the company.
