**Koshidaka Malaysia** manages and operates the popular Japanese **KARAOKE MANEKINEKO** entertainment centers that are family-friendly themed, and offer reasonable pricing, cleanliness, safety, and friendliness from well-trained staff in the famous hospitality ways of Japan.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth operations on a daily basis
- Provide junior team members with the training and direction they need to meet company and personal expectations
- Supervise, manage, and oversee team members of the outlet
- Ensure good customer experience, and satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty
- Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure that outlet and equipment are always kept clean, attractive, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld
- Ensure consistency, high standard food products are served to customers
- Manage food preparations, cooking, and general duties in the kitchen
- Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene and cleanliness standard

Our outlets : BUKIT BINTANG (DEKAT PAVILLION), UNITED POINT, BUKIT MAHKOTA CHERAS MALL, AVENUE K, EKO CHERAS, SUNWAY VELOCITY, SUNWAY PUTRA, SUNWAY GIZA, CENTRAL I-CITY, PARADIGM MALL, NU SENTRAL, BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
