**Summary**:
As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, and administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as HR project development, employee engagement activities or policy updates.
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including file management, data entry, and documentation.
- Prepare HR-related documents and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Aid in organizing and maintaining employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks given by the Superior/ the Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Minimum duration: 3months

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
