A key account executive is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with the most important and strategic customers of an organization. Primary focus is on nurturing and growing key accounts to maximize revenue and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Here are some typical job responsibilities of a key account manager:
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact. Develop a deep understanding of their business needs, goals, and challenges.

Account planning: Create strategic account plans that outline objectives, growth strategies, and action steps to meet revenue targets. Identify opportunities for cross
- selling and upselling to increase account profitability.

Customer retention: Work to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them effectively.

Business development: Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and actively pursue them. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to capitalize on potential growth areas.

Sales forecasting and reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast revenue and provide accurate sales reports. Prepare and present regular updates on key account performance to internal stakeholders.

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, operations, and customer support to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet key account requirements.

Educate key accounts on best practices for utilizing the eMall platform effectively.
Provide guidance on product listing optimization, pricing strategies, inventory management, and other aspects of e-commerce success.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Marketing.

2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the E-Commerce Industry will be an added advantage.

3. Effective presentation skills, backed by good business acumen.

4. Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

5. Proactively engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross
- functional teams.

6. Problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions effectively.

7. Passionate to learn and work

8. Excellent command of English and the ability to converse in one of these languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu to communicate with various stakeholders.

9. Strong analytical skills (strong experience with Excel analysis necessary).

10. Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
