**Responsibilities**
- To check and verify daily sales and payment.
- To ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.
- To record and update cash book accurately.
- To generate relevant reports from pos system, merchant website, accounting software etc.
- To follow up and resolve any discrepancies on invoice immediately.
- To process and ensure completeness of accounting records for day-to-day business transaction.
- To handle general accounting duties such as preparing payment vouchers, cheques, invoices, delivery order, filing, verifying of claims, customer billing and collection.
- To assist and ensure monthly account and management reports are produced timely.
- To assist in communicate and corresponds with Company Secretary, Auditor, Tax consultant when deemed necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- Possess at least STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in the field of accountancy or its equivalent
- Fresh graduate or minimum 2 year experience
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Excel /Word are required
- Able to start IMMEDIATELY would be added advantage
- Required language: Malay & English

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
