**LAPASAR** merupakan platform borong B2B terkemuka yang memulakan operasinya pada tahun 2018, dengan penekanan awal kepada segmen korporat. Pelanggan-pelanggan terkemuka seperti Telekom Malaysia, PETRONAS, dan Tenaga Nasional Berhad bergantung kepada platform kami untuk memperoleh barangan penting bagi keperluan operasi harian mereka, termasuk laptop, projektor, perabot pejabat, dan lain-lain.
Mengiktiraf potensi untuk mengembangkan perkhidmatan kami, pada tahun 2020 kami mula meluaskan perkhidmatan kami kepada kedai-kedai Mom and Pop, membolehkan usahawan kecil ini dengan mudah memesan bekalan mereka melalui aplikasi dan platform yang mesra pengguna. Pada masa kini, segmen borong FMCG menjadi asas utama perniagaan dan pertumbuhan Lapasar. Objektif utama kami adalah untuk memasukkan lebih daripada 100,000 kedai Mom and Pop serta restoran di seluruh Malaysia ke dalam aplikasi mudah alih kami, menyederhanakan proses pesanan stok harian mereka dan menjadikannya lebih mudah dan senang.
**Butiran Pakej Gaji**
- Gaji Asas: RM3500
- Elaun Pengangkutan: RM400
- Insentif: RM500 untuk sekurang-kurangnya 30 Pemerolehan Pelanggan
- Insentif Tambahan: RM50 untuk setiap 1 Pemerolehan Pelanggan selepas 30 Pemerolehan (boleh mendapat sekitar **RM2000 TAMBAHAN**)
**Waktu/ Hari Bekerja: Jumlah hari bekerja 5.5 hari setiap minggu**
- Isnin - Jumaat (9 pagi - 6 petang)
- Sabtu (9 pagi - 3 petang)

**Ringkasan Jawatan**
- Membimbing pelanggan ke dalam Aplikasi LAPASAR
- Membimbing pelanggan tentang polisi syarikat
- Aktif mencari pelanggan baru untuk didaftarkan.
- Mampu mengikut garis panduan dan sasaran syarikat.
- Menjaga sasaran bulanan yang diberikan oleh syarikat.
- Mengemaskini laporan harian kepada syarikat mengenai panggilan dan hasil harian.
- Mencipta pangkalan pelanggan untuk produk yang baru dilancarkan.
**Deskripsi Kerja**
**Pendaftaran Pelanggan**
- Membuat sekurang-kurangnya 60 panggilan berjaya kepada prospek yang diberikan setiap hari.
- Mengumpulkan SSM (Surat Setuju Membayar) bagi pelanggan baru.
- Mendaftarkan pelanggan di dalam aplikasi.
- Mengemukakan laporan harian mengenai setiap panggilan yang dibuat.
- Membimbing pelanggan mengikut polisi Lapasar.
- Mengikut garis panduan pendaftaran pelanggan.
**Pesanan**
- Mengikut garis panduan syarikat mengenai pesanan (Gross Profit & Margin).
**Komunikasi**
- Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dengan maklumat yang jelas mengenai produk dan harga.
- Aktif berinteraksi dengan syarikat mengenai maklum balas dan prospek pelanggan.
- Aktif mempromosikan cadangan nilai Lapasar kepada pelanggan.
**Kewangan**
- Membantu pelanggan dalam memohon terma kredit di dalam aplikasi.
- Membimbing pelanggan mengikut polisi terma kredit Lapasar.
**Tindak Lanjut (Follow up)**
- Memastikan setiap pelanggan yang mendaftar mengikuti pesanan pertama.
- Memastikan setiap pesanan dikemaskinikan di dalam sistem (GRed).
- Mencipta tindak lanjut potensi harian dan membuat janji temu.
**Sasaran Syarikat (Company Target)**
- Mengetahui sasaran individu peribadi.
- Mengetahui defisit individu peribadi.
- Merancang dan menguruskan untuk mencapai sasaran dalam masa yang diberikan.
**Produk Terbaru Dilancarkan**
- Mempelajari produk secara mendalam.
- Membuat cadangan pada setiap lawatan kedai.
- Menutup perjanjian dengan produk baru yang dilancarkan pada setiap invois.
**Kelayakan**
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam batas waktu yang ketat.
- Mampu mengikuti garis panduan dan sasaran syarikat.
- Membangun pengetahuan mendalam tentang produk dan pasaran.
- Merancang sebelum melawat kedai dengan menetapkan janji temu.
- Tindak lanjut harian terhadap pelanggan baru dan sedia ada melalui telefon jika diperlukan.
- Pengembangan diri dalam penjualan dan meningkatkan kemandirian diri.
- Perlu bersedia untuk bergerak secara fleksibel di Lembah Klang.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
