Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will ensure that orders are accurately taken and communicated to the kitchen staff for prompt and precise preparation. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service, greeting guests warmly and taking their orders in a courteous manner. 2. Order Accuracy: Accurately record and repeat back customer orders to ensure all details are correct before submitting them to the kitchen. 3. Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offers, to assist customers with their choices and answer any questions they may have. 4. Up-Selling: Suggest additional menu items, promotions, or combo deals to increase sales and enhance the dining experience for customers. 5.
