**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including but not limited to planning, budgeting, forecasting, preparation of monthly closing, full sets of accounts, Group consolidation, financial reporting and analysis.
- Enforce internal financial controls & procedures and ensure in compliance with accounting standards, audit guidelines, and tax regulations.
- Maintain records of fixed assets register.
- Prepare Journal Entries & complete General Ledger operations.
- To ensure all processing and reconciliation of AR, AP & Bank, as well for other reconciliation.
- Manage supplier invoices & payments, and customer invoicing & billing.
- Handling & Monitoring of fund and banking facilities, as well for other treasury matters.
- Prepare Management & Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Projection & Annual Budget Reporting. To analyze and provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly & yearly Inventory Closing Report.
- Prepare Audit & Tax schedule and analysis.
- Computation of company taxation.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies to ensure timeline submission and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Involved in Year-end audit & stock take activity.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior/HOD from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- MIA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW or other professional accounting accreditation (will be prioritized).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field is required.
- Experience working in Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Required Skill(s): Full Set of Accounting, Consolidation Accounts, Treasury, Assets Management, Financial & Management Reporting, Tax, Budgeting, Expense Analysis, Staff Claim Verification, etc.
- Proficiency in accounting and financial software and advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point, etc.
- A proactive, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Proactive mindsets with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
