1. To ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed into factory premises

2. To ensure all employees and company’s vehicles are parked at the designated area for safety and security reasons.

3. To stop contractors/visitors vehicles from entering factory premises unless they have goods to be delivered or carried from factory premises.

4. To check any suspicious employees/contractors/visitors.

5. To check incoming delivery or outgoing of good s from the premises according to current instructions/procedures.

6. Recording all matters arising in the factory premises such a visitor, vehicles leaving an entering the factory premises.

7. Ensure that all loaded outgoing tankers must be sealed and signed the checklist after inspection.

8. Inspect the areas and buildings in the factory premises to ensure no theft or damage on the company’s property.

9. To keep the log book to record the essential matter arising.

10.To report to the HRA Manager / Security Officer all matters regarding security and safety as soon as possible.

11.To ensure employees registered their biometric thumbprint every time leaving or entering premises, based on current instruction procedures.

12.To plan work schedule and mobilize existing workforce based on job requirement.

13.To ensure visitor/contractors carried out any material from factory premises surrender their gate pass which approval by HR & Administration Manager.

14.Supervise outsource security personnel.

15.Assist VMS data entry operation.

16.Enforced relevant requirement regulations

17.Safeguarding occupational health and safety standards of the workforce.

18.Safeguarding occupational health and safety standards of the workforce.

19.Ensuring no cigarettes, alcohol and prohibited goods enter the production area.

20.Assist HR to manage contract workers punch card.

21.To enforce and monitor Covid 19 SOP to all person who entered factory area.

22.Any instruction made by superior pertaining to relevant duty of place work.

23.Responsible to report food safety issues or concerns at the workplace superior.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
