_**Job Requirements**:_
- **Content Review**: Conduct regular reviews of user-generated content, including product listings, reviews, comments, and images, to ensure they comply with content guidelines and policies.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Enforce content policies by identifying and removing content that violates guidelines related to prohibited items, inappropriate language, or fraudulent activities.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain a high standard of content quality by flagging and correcting inaccurate product information, false claims, or misleading descriptions. Ensure that product listings are clear, accurate, and informative.
- **User Support**: Assist users by responding to content-related inquiries, clarifying guidelines, and providing guidance on improving their listings or reviews to comply with policies.
- **Reporting**: Report and document any suspicious or fraudulent activity, including counterfeit products, scams, or illegal content, to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support and legal departments, to address complex content-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- **User Education**: Develop and maintain educational materials and resources for sellers and buyers to help them understand and adhere to content guidelines.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and contribute insights to improve content moderation processes and policies.
- **Crisis Management**: Handle sensitive and escalated cases with professionalism and empathy, maintaining a balance between user experience and policy enforcement.
- **Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to privacy regulations and data protection policies when handling and moderating user-generated content.

- Must be **able to work from office for first 2 weeks**:

- Able to commit **FULL TIME (Not open to full-time or part-time students)**:

- Must have **excellent English communication skill**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: Up to RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
