**Responsibilities**

1. ISO Function
- Ensure the effectiveness of the overall Quality Assurance, ISO functions and other certifications (if need be) throughout the company.
- Ensure the effectiveness of document and information control system throughout the company.
- Ensure the effectiveness of quality improvement plans formulated from the review of customer complaint, internal rejection, supplier rejection, Corrective Action Request (CAR) and Management Review.
- Ensure that quality management system/ environmental management system is being maintained and continually improved.
- Liaise with the relevant Heads of Department to review and resolve all quality & environmental management system related issues.
- Conduct related quality/ technical training to ensure highest competency and capability of the Person In Charge of the Departments to enable them to prepare the SOP and Processes.
- Ensure that internal audits, external audits and management review are periodically being carried out as per planned schedule.

2. Customer Satisfaction Survey - Internal and External including the Rater & Ratee matrix.

3. Any other duties that assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 or more years of experience at an established institution.
- Proven track record of in ISO and compliance function.
- Deep industry and market knowledge with a proven record of translating this in coming up compliance assessment.
- Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from diverse cultures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders and employees.
- Highly meticulous and strong administrative personnel.
- Independent, initiative, strong commitment, and integrity.
- Good work ethics, proactive and resourceful.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) is an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
