a. Responsibility for all aspects of business operations includes overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure success of the security company by maintaining financial budgets, ensuring adherence of policies and procedures, mentoring staff, and working with customers to ensure a high quality of service.

b. Overseeing daily business operations in company.

c. Developing and implementing business growth strategies.

d. Take responsibility for developing, implementing and managing the business unit’s annual budget. The individual will manage profit and loss of the business unit and ensure that the required funding to support strategic transformational projects has been considered and make decisions that could impact the business unit and organization’s profitability.

e. Effectively manage a team of head of department, their resources, development and overall performance.

f. Arrange meeting with all head of departments to know their workflow and problem and solve their problem.

g. To authorize all payment release upon director’s approval.

h. To manage and oversee entire collection form clients.

i. Meeting with Board of directors to discuss companies’ directions and situation.

j. Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in QEHS&S Management System and shall:

- **Ensure that the QEHS&S management system conform to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 18788, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.**:

- **Ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;**:

- **Report on the performance of the QEHS&S management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management;**:

- **Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization and ensure that the integrity of the QEHS&S management system is maintained when changes to the QEHS&S management system are planned and implemented.**

k. Others as necessary.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
