Risk Management Coordinator

You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behaviour and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behaviour. A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with the CCTV monitoring. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free in the stores and other premises.
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily Checklists for Each Store:_
- Develop daily checklists in collaboration with the operations team to ensure adherence to operational standards and security protocols
- Implement and oversee the completion of daily checklists across all stores to maintain consistency and compliance
- Monitor Store CCTVs and highlight any non-compliance:_
- Monitor Store CCTVs involves actively observing surveillance footage to ensure adherence to security protocols and operational standards.
- Identifying any non-compliance entails promptly recognizing deviations from established procedures or suspicious activities captured on camera.
- Effectively highlighting such instances enables swift corrective action to maintain security and mitigate risks within the store environment.
- Focused close monitoring with attention to details:_
- Requiring focused close CCTV monitoring entails dedicating concentrated attention to surveillance feeds with meticulous detail.
- Involve vigilantly scrutinizing camera footage to detect any irregularities that may compromise security or operational integrity.
- Round the Clock Surveillance:_
- Provide continuous surveillance and monitoring of CCTV feeds 24/7 to detect and respond to security threats promptly.
- Ensure uninterrupted surveillance coverage across all premises to enhance security measures.
- Immediate Call Back to the PIC:_
- Establish protocols for immediate communication with the Person in Charge (PIC) in case any item on the checklist is not followed or if security concerns arise.
- Take swift action to address deviations from the checklist and escalate issues to the appropriate authorities as necessary.
- Contribution to Operational Improvement:_
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement in store operations and efficiency.
- Assist in enhancing operational standards related to store opening times, staff behavior, grooming standards, cash counter procedures, Back-of-House (BOH) operations, visual merchandising (VM) guidelines, lighting, etc.
- Generate reports and recommendations based on observations to facilitate operational enhancements and fraud prevention measures.

- Work with the operations team to create comprehensive daily checklists tailored to each store's requirements.
Ensure the completion of daily checklists and reports for all stores, maintaining accurate records of observations and actions taken.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
