**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduate from diploma in Accounting an advantage
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Able to work alternate Saturday
**Responsibilities**:
- Knowledge of QNE Accounting software is an added advantage.
- Full set manufacturing account
- Assist in all admin work related to Accounts Department
- Assist in timely closing of monthly accounts
- Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly
- General office administration works
- To ensure proper filing of invoice, payment vouchers, receipts and other documents relevant with accounts
