Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative integrated marketing across traditional and digital channels.
- Organize roadshow and Travel Fair.
- Manage, audit, and maintain owned media including creating relevant and engaging digital contents.
- Grow social media presence and ensure best practices are in place.
- Responsible for company PR, events, exhibitions and sponsorships
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, identify critical conversion and drop-off points.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that promote the organization's products, services, and offerings to the target market in the region.
- Conduct market research to identify the needs and preferences of the target market in the region, as well as staying updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and maintain the agency's brand image and reputation in the region through effective branding and positioning strategies.
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns that drive awareness, interest, and demand for the agency's services and offerings in the region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers in the region to secure positive coverage and increase visibility for the agency.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular updates to the senior management team, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in marketing or communications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications or digital marketing
- Proven track record in integrated campaign management
- Collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and executional skills
- Data-oriented and self-motivated with attention to detail and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the travel industry
- Excellent marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Strong digital marketing skills, with experience in developing and implementing campaigns across various channels
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong budgeting skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
