**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand position requirements and team dynamics.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage with top talent in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Myanmar, India, and Bangladesh & etc
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and competitive intelligence to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Track and report key metrics related to sourcing activities

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies for diverse markets, including China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Myanmar, India, and Bangladesh & etc.
- Familiarity with cultural nuances and hiring practices in the specified regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant sourcing tools and platforms.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
