**Job Responsibility**:
1. Planning and prioritizing operation to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
2. Determining equipment and raw material needed to cover production demand.
3. Develops the Category Business Plan which includes objectives, promotion strategies and promotion tactics. Defines BSS objectives and standards. Conducts post event analysis.
4. Establishes and maintains relationships to ensure ongoing exchange of insights and actionable solutions. Assists field sales in closing “volume gaps: ” vs objectives.
5. Analyze competitive activity. Monitors and tracks Key Performance indicators
6. Develops global presentations that support Category direction and national initiatives. 7.Assists in the development of Customer related Process for Sales and Marketing.
8. Teams with Operation Department to execute Category Planning Process. Identifies competitive strategies and develops appropriate response recommendations.
9. Provides input into Sales Goals, Trade Spending and Demand forecasting.
10. Works closely with Sales and Information Management to ensure sales tools and analytical needs are met.

Operasi kilang adalah 5 hari bekerja Isnin hingga Jumaat.
