**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years experiences in business administration
- Experiences in food, pharmaceuticals and OEM manufacturing industries is a value added
**Responsibilities**:
- Issues Proforma Invoice (PI), Sales Order, Delivery Order (DO) and Tax Invoice
- Issues Tax Invoice after received payment (such as Consultancy fees, Sterilisation Fees, and Lab Test)
- Assembly quantity request to planner
- Checking transfer note
- Follow up with sales team on delivery date and the payment collection
- Seek approval for delivery arrangement from Sales Manager
- Checking customer debtor statement (if request by Finance department)
- Customer raw material & packaging material stock balance report (if request)
- Logistic & runner - delivery service
- Keep up to date on daily transaction report such as: OEM list, NHF list, Payment List
- Sample packing for courier (if needed)
- Follow up with sales team: the raw material and packaging arrival date
- Handle client calls and checking client’s product status (if needed)
- Received feedback/ complaint / goods return notice from customer
- Issues Feedback form and get approval from Sales Manager
- Liaise with QA for inspection
- Issues CN requisition form after approval by QA and submit to Account Department
- Finished Good stock report to finance department
