**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, organizing and maintaining files and records, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, managing projects.
- 2. Supports manager and sales team through a variety of tasks related to organizations and communication.
- 3. Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objective.
- 4. To support sales job, undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to be sales department.
- 5. To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office.
- 6. Supporting sales team and coordinating sales-related activities within the company to achieving sales target.
- 7. Focusing on customer satisfaction and coordinating sales team activities.
- 8. Keep track of report, filing, answering to phone call, greet customers, schedule appointments, follow up on sales calls, and help makes sales.
- 9. Reporting all sales person KPI monthly sales result and performance.
- 10. Processing and keep track of all sales person claims.
- 11. Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings and take minutes.
- 12. To deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales team with daily sales.
- 13. Keeping track and record of all sales person annual leave.
- 14. Attending project meeting as and when required by the sales related team.
- 15. Follow-up and updating project status from time to tome to all sales person.
- 16. ensure and responsible for workplace comply to 5S policy requirements all the time.**Benefits**:
