**Responsibilities**:

- To carry out any assignment that is specifically assigned from time to time.
- To carry out other general duties that the company may assign.
- Attend walk-in inquiries from customers
- Carry out tasks for dealing, submission, and processing with authority for some event (ex: SPMMS, MyHome).
- Responsible for dealing with the event management and distribution of flyers (Ex: Roadshow and marketing).
- Responsible for market surveys (Searching for information and reporting)
- Responsible for briefing every new project information to the real estate agency.
- Design and create internal project Sales kits.
- Recording walk-in sales gallery and show unit visiting guest lists; Sales and Marketing work on attempting clients, bankers, existing purchasers, agents, and agencies; collecting and searching information for market surveys.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Certificate / Diploma in Estate Management / Building Technology / Mass Communication (Public Relation) / Business Administration related discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field in required for this position.
- Preferably experience in Property / Real Estate or equivalent
- Computer literary is essential, together with administrative knowledge, oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
