We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our gym facility as an Executive Admin cum Account. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our management team while also managing financial transactions and records.

**Admin Responsibility**

Check visitors/guests/vendors/contractor google sheet & physical logbook record of clients signing in and out of the office regularly.

Manage, monitor, and ensure reception, rear entrances of the building area & whole office are clean, tidy and projects a business-like image at all times.

Handle incoming calls, determine purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel.

Act as a point of contact internally, externally & emergency situations

Assist in booking system

Assist other clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, faxing, and scanning.

Ensure washroom have sufficient toilet paper & hand soap.

Provide other clerical and administrative support as required by manager & supervisor.

Assist visitors (suppliers, vendors, contractors) /guess on registration

Other clerical work required by manager.

**Accounting and Finance**:
Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports for executive review.

Manage budgets and assist in financial planning.

Process invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Maintain financial confidentiality and security.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
