Job description
**Responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations, guiding their decision-making process and proposing suitable solutions.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales target.
- Introduction of campaign and programme.
- Ensure products and services deliver on timely manner.
- Perform any other duties as assigned and required.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer relationships, sales or related field
- Patience, independent, good time management & growth mindset.
- Experience with customer relationship management
- Strong people skills
- Speak and written in chinese
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
