**Customer Service Executive**
Samsung Authorized Service Center Pavilion Mall, Kuala Lumpur.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer service on-site
- Resolve customer problem and issue.
- Do admin and any related task
**Requirement**:
- Minimum SPM Speak Malay and English
- Willing to learn & start from below Availability to work shift hours,including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
- Experience in customer service is a huge advantage
**Operation Hour**:
Sunday - Saturday 10am - 10pm
**Working Hour**:
Morning Shift: 10am - 6.30pm
Noon Shift: 1.30pm - 10.00pm
(3 days Morning Shift & 3 Days Noon shift)
**Working Location**:
**Samsung Experience Store** (One Mobile Care SDN BHD)
- Pavilion KL Lot 1. 19. 00, 168, Bukit Bintang St, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
