Executive Warehouse

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfilment.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures to maximize productivity, minimize errors, and reduce costs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer (internal and external) demands while minimizing stock shortages and excess.
- Collaborate with Trading teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely order fulfilment of goods and suppliers.
- Optimize warehouse layout and organization to streamline operations, improve picking accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and regular audits.
- Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory, manage stock levels, and generate reports.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse department
- Record of successful distribution and warehouse management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard warehouse software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Langat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
