**Basic Job Function**:
**Meeting Scheduler**
- Schedule and set up meetings per SM request.
- Organize and book required rooms and prepare necessary equipment (eg, headset, pointer, etc).
**Travel And Accomodation Arrangements**
- Coordinate and arrange both local & oversea travel & accomodation request.
- Prepare and print necessary travel documentations to ensure smooth departure and arrival.
**Concur Expenses Claims**
- Submit claims via concur with proper supporting documents as per expense policy timeline.
**PO and PR management**
- Administer all PO and PR requested for designated SM department need.
- Monitor billing submission until billing is closed for payment.
**General Administration Services**
- Posting and Courier service.
- Gift distribution.
- Coordination to host external visitors.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
