**1. 用戶管理**
- 主要聯絡人員與使用者和供應商協調專案/故障排除問題，以解決問題並按時完成專案。
- 為使用者提供如何操作新軟體和設備的方向和指導。
- 為公司用戶規劃、實施、監控和升級安全措施。
- 確保遵守公司政策和程序
- 網路硬體和軟體、用戶支援、安全性和備份。

**2. 資訊科技支持**
- 充當解決硬體和軟體/應用程式問題的一級和二級支援。
- 確保及時部署各種 IT 安全性修補程式以及網路設備、伺服器和其他設備的韌體。
- 建立有效的監控機制，監控伺服器和網路設備的健康狀態。
- 管理和協調外包供應商，確保提供的服務符合基礎設施服務和最終用戶支援的 SLA。查看並確保問題案例日誌已解決。

**3.其他**
- 能夠提供建議以改善應用程式的整體營運和效率，以支援當前和滿足新的業務需求。
- 維護和管理 IT 資產以確保最新的資產清單。
- 執行經理不時指派的 IT 臨時任務。

**工作要求：**
- IT 或任何相關領域的學位。
- 1 年 IT 經驗。
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
- 候選人必須精通 MS Office（Word、Power point 和 Excel）。
- 了解 SAP 將是一個額外的優勢
- 能夠在最少的監督下完成多項任務並獨立工作。
- 候選人必須擁有自己的交通工具去上班。
