**Legal Executive**

**Responsibilities**
- To work alongside other departments to provide accurate and timely advice on various legal topics;
- To provide clarification as the first point of reference to the Company on matters including but not limited to legal rights, various legal compliance requirements, internal processes, due diligence, tax, insurance, patent, trademark, international trade, banking, commercial and financial, etc;
- To review, advise and provide opinion on documents and contract requirements, legal risks and liabilities of the Company;
- To communicate and liaise with external parties (e.g. Regulators, Local Authorities, External Counsels, etc) on behalf of the Company;
- To attend to banking, bad debts, litigation, company secretarial matters;
- To advise, negotiate and resolve contract disputes and claims;
- To review, and draft agreements, contracts, letters and other documents to ensure it’s rights and interests are protected;
- To conduct necessary research, to keep abreast of applicable laws, regulations, up to date amendments of legislation relevant to the Company and to ensure the Company observes and complies to Corporate Governance;
- To organise periodic meetings with Management and Senior Managers to provide operational updates;
- To prepare training materials and conduct staff training on implementing the necessary policy in the Company;

**Requirements**:

- Possess recognised University Degree in Law with at least 3 years working experience in similar capacity;
- Familiar with relevant Industrial Regulations and Guidelines;
- Experienced in manufacturing environment is added advantage;
- Able to liaise with bankers, local regulatory authorities and legal professionals wherever necessary;
- Must be well verse in Microsoft Office Applications;
- Good written and verbal command in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Sound work ethics and good analytical skills, resourceful, trustworthy and must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all Company information;
- Reliable, mature, analytical, dynamic, independent and self-motivated
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent research and drafting skills;
- Detail oriented, meticulous, well-organized and can work under pressure with good business sense and judgment.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.

Basic Salary + Allowance Range : RM4,000 - RM8,000

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
