**JOB SCOPE**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with clients/customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the products or services offered.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue. This might involve analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and creating tailored sales approaches.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**: Having a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company and being able to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- **Lead Generation**: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending events, and other lead generation methods.
- **Consultative Selling**: Taking a consultative approach to sales by understanding the client's needs, providing expert advice, and recommending the most suitable solutions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiating terms of sale, prices, and contracts with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- **Sales Presentations**: Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of the products or services offered.
- **Market Research**: Conducting market research to identify new trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Keeping detailed records of sales activity, tracking progress towards targets, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gathering feedback from clients/customers to understand their experience with the products or services and using this information to make improvements.
- **Continuous Learning**: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is often preferred. However, some companies may accept equivalent work experience in lieu of formal education.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is typically required. The level of experience needed may vary depending on the seniority of the position. Entry-level positions may require little to no experience, while senior roles may require several years of experience in sales or management.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales skills are essential for success as a sales consultant. This includes the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals. Experience with consultative selling techniques and relationship-based sales approaches is often highly valued.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effectively communicating with clients, presenting sales proposals, and writing reports. The ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively is important in sales consultant roles.
- **Analytical Skills**: Sales consultants often need to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data are therefore important.

Pay: RM2,229.04 - RM5,560.87 per month
