You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients seeking renovation services. Your primary responsibility will be to understand clients' needs, offer suitable renovation solutions, and guide them through the sales process to ensure satisfaction and successful project completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Client Engagement:

- Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls or in-person meetings.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present renovation options and solutions tailored to clients' specific needs, providing detailed explanations and answering inquiries effectively.

2) Sales Process Management:

- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to project completion.
- Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates and quotations, ensuring transparency and alignment with clients' expectations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, timelines, and scope of work, to secure contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers and design specialists, to develop comprehensive proposals and finalize project details.

3) Relationship Building:

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products to enhance the value proposition for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renovation or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and building codes is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field is preferred.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
