**Trainer**

a. Language: English

b. Specialization: Experience as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt trainer or instructor, Certificate as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

c. Target Onboarding Date: ASAP
- Design effective training programs.
- Prepare training materials.
- Conduct training and refreshers.
- Support and mentor new employees.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor, analyse & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends.
- Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in discipline or equivalent diploma
- At least 2 years training experience
- Fast learner and independent
- Customer Service knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as corporate trainer in the customer service industry.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training.
- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint); e-learning software will be an asset. **Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.**:

- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
