1. Hold the entire 5 department CMBD, Asset Inventory (item above RM 2K) and non-asset inventory (item below RM 2K limited to sim card) including movement of CI item or asset (total CI and asset more than 3000 units). 2. Conduct the audit for entire asset, non-asset and CI based on schedule. 3. Prepare the report on the asset and CI tracking every month to QM Specialist. 4. Assist QM Specialist to follow up on the NCR and OFI status within the time frame given. 5. Verify telco invoice for variance amount according to service number / circuit details for each invoice. 6. Update service number / circuit details attach to customer and location inside MIMS and CMDB 7. Reception role to manage front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
